Preface Overview:

The TR-800TY series intelligent input type liquid level gauge uses an imported pressure sensing core sealed inside stainless steel, and a front protective cap to protect the sensor diaphragm and ensure smooth contact of the liquid with the pressure sensing diaphragm. The underwater dedicated air guide cable and housing are sealed and connected using a dedicated sealing structure. The air duct is connected to the outside inside of the cable and adopts a condensation design inside. The liquid level sensor adopts advanced surface mount technology and is equipped with high-precision and high stability amplification integrated circuits with zero point, full range compensation, and temperature compensation. It converts the liquid level pressure of the measured medium into standard electrical signals such as 4-20mA and 1-5VDC, which can be remotely transmitted and can be used to measure water levels up to 500 meters. The TR-800TY series intelligent input liquid level gauge is widely used for liquid level measurement and control in water tanks, water towers, water pools, rivers, groundwater levels, reservoirs, and containers.

Precautions for safe use

1. There is an isolation diaphragm inside the pressure inlet of the liquid level transmitter. Do not touch it with foreign objects manually;

2. Please strictly follow the wiring method for electrical connections, as incorrect wiring can cause damage to the amplifier circuit;

3. Installation of immersion type liquid level transmitter, do not use wires to lift heavy objects other than the product;

4. Regularly dredge the probe to prevent blockage of the inlet;

5. The wire is a specially designed air conducting cable. During installation and use, wear, puncture, and scratching of the wire should be avoided. If any of the above problems exist, protective measures should be taken for the wire. If such problems occur and cause malfunctions, the manufacturer will charge the wire for repair;

6. If you encounter any problems during installation and use, please contact our company. In case of any abnormalities in the product, please do not open it for repair without authorization
