The new generation R series 4-11kW (5-15hp) has been redesigned to retain its reliable, efficient, and high productivity features, which will bring a better customer experience. The R series 4-11kW (5-15hp) Ingersoll Rand air compressor is built on a universal platform, and the new generation R4-11kW compressor can be used for 4-11kW (5-15hp) with a flow rate of 8.1cfm-57.5cfm. Under constant speed, the pressure can reach 200psi, and under variable speed, the pressure can reach 145psi.
Low noise operation, compact structural design, easy to install near gas points
The compact structural design reduces the equipment's footprint by 20%, thereby lowering the installation cost of the unit. The R4-11kW (5-15hp) air compressor has extremely low operating noise, allowing the unit to be installed near the gas consumption point, which not only reduces installation costs but also ensures a better and safer working environment.
V-Shield technology makes the R series more reliable
With the application of V-shield technology, the leakage of R series compressors at channels and connections has been reduced by more than 15%. V-shield technology ensures the safety of all critical components, as it uses an O-ring sealing method. No matter how many reconnections there are, leaks are almost completely eliminated without compromising performance. The use of braided polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and stainless steel hoses in the oil delivery channel have also reduced leakage.

All R series units support both fixed speed and variable speed, and can be equipped with an integrated dryer to form a complete air system (TAS). Each TAS unit has a high-performance dryer, a three in one heat exchanger, and an independent fan circuit that can consistently produce dry, clean air.
