According to the principle that the gas absorption process occurs at the gas-liquid interface, the transfer rate is proportional to the interface area. Packing is used to increase the contact area between the two phases, so that they are fully dispersed, and then the clean gas is separated from the polluted liquid to achieve the goal of clean air.

The gas is forced into the equalizing chamber of the purification tower by the fan. First, it enters the bubbling section for bubbling treatment. Then, it passes through multi-stage packing, spraying, and spray treatment to make the gas-liquid two phases fully reverse contact to produce neutralization and absorption reaction. Then, it moves to the packing layer to contact with the spraying liquid for reaction. According to various indicators such as gas purification, a third stage packing and spraying device can be installed. After entering the dehydrator for dehydration treatment, it is discharged into the atmosphere. The treated gas meets the national emission standards.
