Humidification principle
Using high-frequency oscillation (with a frequency of 1.7MHz, beyond the range of human hearing and causing no harm to humans or animals), the water is thrown away from the water surface through the high-frequency resonance of the atomizing plate, producing a natural and flowing mist. Generate fine atomized particles with a diameter of 1-10 μ, which are then diffused into the air through a special fan. The particles can be suspended in the air and immediately absorbed by the air, thus achieving the purpose of humidification. The product has a high relative humidity of up to 99% and never drips water.
The new generation of ultrasonic liquid fogger adopts advanced integrated movement fully enclosed sealing technology, which has strong corrosion resistance. Special solutions containing acid, alkali, and corrosive substances can be atomized on the order of micrometers to facilitate the spraying of such solutions in specific air environments. This ultrasonic humidifier adopts the world's advanced ultrasonic atomization technology, using integrated atomization components and a unique waterless protection device. The ultrasonic humidifier has no nozzle and will never block. It is available in two types: mobile and wall mounted. The product adopts a mobile integrated design, and the box body is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel plate with surface spray treatment. Product Selection Guide
The control parameters of the ultrasonic humidifier include humidification capacity, voltage, and input power.
2. Characteristics of ultrasonic humidifier:
Compact structure, easy installation, sensitive control, efficient and energy-saving. Compared with electrode (thermal) humidifiers, it can save about 70% to 85% of electricity.
3. The power consumption of ultrasonic humidifiers is much lower than that of electrode (thermal) humidifiers, but electrode (thermal) humidifiers are isothermal humidifiers, while ultrasonic humidifiers are isentropic humidifiers. Therefore, the air humidified by ultrasonic humidifiers still needs to be heated up. Therefore, if the humidification efficiency of both is the same, from the perspective of energy consumption, ultrasonic humidifiers are energy-saving but not energy-saving.
4. The actual frequency of ultrasonic humidifiers often deviates, resulting in a decrease in humidification capacity. When choosing a humidifier, it is advisable to consider adding a safety margin of 10% to 20%.
5. As the water temperature increases, the humidification capacity of the humidifier increases. However, as the water temperature increases, the lifespan of the humidifier will decrease. Generally, the water temperature should not exceed 35 ℃
6. The atomizer part needs to be removed from the humidifier. First, remove the inner and outer guide covers, clean the fan impeller and air separator, and do not let dust fall into the water storage tank through the vertical channel of the separator. When cleaning the atomizer, it is necessary to remove the air separator together with the atomizer and place it horizontally. Do not touch the water absorber, water throwing impeller, and upper fan impeller to the ground to prevent the motor axis from deviating, causing bearing damage and shortening the service life.
Maintenance and upkeep of ultrasonic humidifier
1) Ultrasonic waves use high-quality atomization devices that do not require lubrication. In addition to regular cleaning according to the user's usage environment, the motor part does not require special maintenance.
2) Cleaning: In general, the working environment of humidifiers contains fibers or dust, so users should thoroughly clean them regularly according to their usage environment, usually for six months or a year.
