The Industrial Data Acquisition Security Isolation and Information Exchange System (hereinafter referred to as the "Industrial Data Acquisition Gateway") is a high security isolation gateway designed specifically for central nodes in industrial production environments. The system adopts a "2+1" hardware architecture, consisting of independent processing units and secure data exchange units for internal and external networks. The industrial data acquisition gateway integrates the industrial data acquisition module and application data reporting module on the basis of the isolation gateway to meet the functions of secure data acquisition, secure isolation transmission, and secure reporting in the industrial field. By configuring security policies that meet business needs, efficient and secure data transmission can be achieved while ensuring internal and external network isolation. Supports mainstream acquisition protocols such as MODBUS and OPC, as well as reporting protocols such as MQTT, SQL, and OPC, and is suitable for industrial control systems such as petroleum and petrochemical, coal, rail transit, and power and telecommunications.

Rich collection and reporting protocols:Support data collection for protocols such as MODBUS_TCP, RTU, ASCII, slave push, OPC_DA/UA, DL/T645, CJ/T188, and data reporting for protocols such as OPCUA_UPLOAD/SERVER, MQTT, SOCKET, SQL, etc; Greatly meet the needs of various industrial control scenarios.

Real time monitoring of business processes:Real time dynamic monitoring of collection channels, collection point status, and status of reported tasks/channels, and conducting daily, weekly, and monthly statistics; When the status of the collection point is abnormal, a warning can be automatically issued; When the reporting system and the reporting receiving server send a fault, they can automatically reconnect to the receiving server to continue reporting industrial data.

Custom threshold alarm:Support threshold setting, can follow specific application scenarios to set high-level and low-level alarms for application indicators, and automatically send alarm information to the system when the threshold is exceeded.

Convenient management design:Manage through a dedicated internal network management port and provide a web-based graphical interface; It has batch import and export functions for collection channels and collection points, solving the problems of cumbersome configuration and a large amount of configuration workload in complex application environments; Greatly improving the convenience and operability of the system.

The industrial data acquisition gateway is deployed between the monitoring platforms of the industrial production network and the enterprise office network or external network. It connects with the enterprise DCS system, PLC or middleware through communication interfaces such as Ethernet interface, RS232 or RS485 to collect and upload data, and cuts off the link layer connection between networks on the circuit to ensure the secure transmission of application data, ensure safe isolation from the enterprise intranet, and ensure the security of the enterprise industrial control system and production network.
