Introduction to Touch Pendulum Impact Testing Machine
1、purposeThe XJUG digital cantilever beam impact testing machine is mainly used for measuring the impact toughness of non-metallic materials such as hard plastics, reinforced nylon, fiberglass, ceramics, cast stones, and electrical insulation materials. It is an ideal testing equipment for the chemical industry, research institutions, colleges, quality inspection and other departments.
2Characteristics:
2.1 This series of impact testing machines adopts a microcomputer (this series of impact testing machines is an intelligent touch type impact testing machine developed and produced using microcomputer (PLC) technology, with a PLC+DVP 7-inch 60000 color touch screen for convenient and fast coordination)
2.2 All power supplies are Taiwan Mingwei switch mode power supplies, with stable and safe voltage!
2.3 Data processing: The PLC performs high-speed processing operations on the grating transmitted by the photoelectric encoder and transmits the results to the display module.
2.4 Operation and data display can be divided into two parts:
(1) 7-inch touch screen: It can display calculation results and complete all parameters and operations of the instrument.
(2) Data display can be done through a computer, and our instrument can be connected to a computer for operation and data storage (this feature requires an additional fee)
2.5 Operation and printing also consist of two parts:
(1) Touchscreen operation is intuitive, clear, convenient and fast; Printing can be set to generate micro print records manually or automatically.
(2) Computer operation only has two keys; Experimental data can be stored in report images or directly printed as A4 formal reports. (This feature requires an additional fee)
2.6 Resolution: The photoelectric encoder used in this series of impact testing machines is a split type photoelectric encoder, which has no resistance and a very high resolution, increasing the angular resolution of this instrument to 0.04 degrees. Greatly improved the accuracy and precision of the impact machine.
2.7. Multiple standards can be freely converted, such as ISO, GB, ASTM, etc.
