The ISG (IRG) series single-stage single suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is designed by Shanghai Baoheng Pump Industry using excellent domestic hydraulic models and the performance parameters of the IS type centrifugal pump. It is ingeniously combined on the basis of a general vertical pump. At the same time, hot water pumps, high-temperature corrosion-resistant chemical pumps, and oil pumps are derived according to different operating temperatures, media, etc. This series of products has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance, and meets the standard requirements of JB/T53058-93 of the Ministry of Machinery of China. The products are designed and manufactured according to the international ISO2858 standard.
scope of application
1. ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressure boosting, long-distance water supply, heating, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation boosting and equipment matching. The operating temperature is below 80 ℃. 2. The IRG type vertical hot water circulation pump is suitable for high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation and transportation in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, wood processing, papermaking, as well as boilers, bathrooms, hotels, and other areas, as well as for urban heating system circulation pumps. Its operating temperature is below 120 ℃. 3. IHG type vertical pipeline chemical pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, and can be used at temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 120 ℃. 4. YG vertical pipeline oil pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, or flammable and explosive liquids. The temperature of the transported medium ranges from -20 ℃ to 120 ℃. 5. The ISGD series vertical low-speed centrifugal pump is suitable for applications with low environmental noise requirements and air conditioning circulation.
Product Features
1. The pump has a compact structure, small volume, beautiful appearance, and small installation area. 2. Easy to install, with the same inlet and outlet diameters and on the same centerline, without the need to change the pipeline. 3. The pump runs smoothly, with low noise and high component concentricity. 4. The shaft seal adopts wear-resistant materials such as hard alloy and silicon carbide for mechanical sealing, which is reliable and leak free. 5. Easy to repair, no need to disassemble the pipeline, just remove the pump cover nut, take out the motor and transmission components for maintenance.

Note 1: When placing an order, please specify the specific technical parameters, operating conditions, and characteristics of the medium used, so that we can select the appropriate product for you. 2: After long-term operation of the pump, if the noise and vibration of the unit increase due to mechanical wear, it should be stopped for inspection and replaced if necessary Damaged parts (mechanical seals and motor bearings), the overhaul period of the unit is generally 5000-8000 hours. 3: For high-power water pumps above 90KW, due to stability reasons, it is not recommended to use a vertical single-stage pump. 4: For long-term uninterrupted use of this pump, it is recommended to equip a backup water pump and use a control cabinet to switch it regularly to extend the service life of the water pump. 5: The oil pump is equipped with aluminum bronze impellers and explosion-proof motors as standard. If there are different material requirements, please specify separately. 6: This pump is strictly prohibited from operating in a low head state for a long time, otherwise it may cause the motor to overload and burn out.
