Detection principle:
When a fluid (gas or liquid) passes from the high-pressure end through a valve to the low-pressure end, it is usually relatively "quiet" under normal circumstances. However, once the valve leaks or leaks internally, turbulence will occur when the fluid passes through the leak point. Turbulence generates strong ultrasonic signals, which can be detected by IR 400KA products even in noisy environments. Most valve leaks and internal leaks are recommended to be detected by ultrasonic testing for reliability. Valve leakage or internal leakage can be easily detected. The frequency modulation function of the instrument can highlight fault signals and significantly reduce the interference of external sounds, even when detecting multiple valves arranged closely together, they are not affected by each other.
