With the increasing global attention to environmental protection and the implementation of corresponding environmental regulations, the IMC-F series fluoroplastic magnetic pump has been developed by our company. Taking into account the medium conditions of many domestic users and the industrial situation of producing fluorine lined magnetic pumps in China, our company has organized researchers to develop a new generation of fluorine lined magnetic pumps, which have the following characteristics:
1. The pump liner, impeller rotor, and isolation sleeve are all made of pure F46 material by one-time molding, without impurity precipitation, making them very suitable for transporting high-purity and highly corrosive chemical liquids;
2. The pump body shell is made of ductile iron, and the pump body is designed with flanges according to national standards. It has excellent mechanical strength and can withstand heavy pipeline loads;
3. The inner lining of the overcurrent component is made of F46 material, which has the characteristics of smoothness, superior hydraulic performance, low hydraulic friction loss, and high efficiency;
4. The pump shaft, bearing sleeve, and dynamic and static rings are all made of pressureless sintered silicon carbide, which has the characteristics of high hardness, high wear resistance, and high corrosion resistance;
5. The unique spiral groove design of the inner hole of the bearing sleeve makes lubrication of the sliding bearing pair more convenient and easier to remove the heat generated by friction during pump operation;
6. A reinforcement cover specially made of imported material PPS is added outside the isolation sleeve, which enables the pump unit to withstand higher system pressure and eliminate the heat generated by the metal sleeve due to magnetic eddy currents.
7. The inner and outer magnets are made of neodymium iron boron material, with a magnetic steel surface of up to 3600 Gauss, which can smoothly transmit the torque of the prime mover to the impeller without slipping under high flow conditions. It can also prevent the rotor inside the impeller from contacting the rear thrust ring, thereby preventing the melting of fluoroplastic components due to frictional heating and ensuring the normal operation of the magnetic pump in highly corrosive environments;
8. The entire pump unit adopts a rear pull structure, which allows one person to carry out internal maintenance and parts replacement without dismantling the pipeline.

The IMC-F series fluoroplastic magnetic pump uses a magnetic coupling to transmit power, which is completely sealed without leakage. When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor and transmit torque without mechanical contact. Due to the liquid being enclosed in an isolation sleeve, material leakage is completely solved, pollution is reduced, energy is saved, the environment is purified, and the physical and mental health of production line workers is protected.
