Introduction:IH type chemical centrifugal pump is a single-stage single suction (axial suction) cantilever centrifugal pump used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles and have corrosiveness and viscosity similar to water. Its marking, rated performance, and size are equivalent to the international standard ISO2858, which has the characteristics of wide performance range, high efficiency, high level of "three modernizations", and easy maintenance. Its efficiency is on average 5% higher than that of F-type pumps, and it is an energy-saving product promoted by the country.

The components of IH type chemical centrifugal pumps that come into contact with the medium are commonly made of materials such as 0Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 40Cr, Monel, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, Ti (titanium), 00Cr17Ni12Mo2Ti, Hastelloy B alloy, 0Cr25Ni20, F5 series alloy, 20 alloy steel, 0Cr25Ni6Mo3Cu2Mn2Si, etc. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal, power seal, and packing seal, and users can choose according to actual working conditions.

Explanation of pump model meaning:

Structural features:The IH series pump is foot supported and can withstand external loads directly transmitted to the foundation. The bearing lubrication method is thin oil lubrication, controlled by a constant position oil cup to ensure that the bearing works in good lubrication condition and has the best service life. The impeller is a closed type impeller, which balances axial forces with back blades or balance holes, and residual axial forces are balanced by bearings. According to different usage situations, shaft seals can be equipped with power seals, single end mechanical seals, double end mechanical seals, or series mechanical seals. Internal flushing, self flushing, and external flushing can be used to flush and cool the mechanical seals. Deep groove ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, and angular contact ball bearings are equipped with light and heavy shafts respectively to meet the needs of different loads. The IH series of over 40 pumps only requires 6 types of bearing frames, with strong universality, high standardization, compact and reasonable structure, and good appearance quality. The coupling of the pump is available in claw type, pin type, diaphragm type, etc. for users to choose from. The membrane can be packaged, and there is no need to disassemble the pipeline and motor during maintenance. The bearing frame, shaft, sealing box, impeller components, etc. can be freely disassembled. The inlet flange of the pump is horizontally suction, and the outlet flange is vertically upward. From the motor end, the pump shaft rotates clockwise.

Users should pay strict attention when using it

1、 Lubricating oil should be added to the bearing box, and the oil level should be controlled at the middle level of the oil window.

2、 Before driving, manually rotate the coupling to check for any jamming during installation. If there are any scratches or abnormalities, they should be eliminated.

3、 Before starting, connect the coolant flushing solution first. When stopping, stop the vehicle first and then turn off the coolant flushing solution.

4、 The cooling flushing fluid must be clean, non scaling soft water, so newly installed pipelines and storage tanks should be flushed clean. Prevent solid substances from entering the mechanical seal and affecting the sealing effect and service life. Water that is prone to scaling can block the cooling flushing fluid pathway. It will also affect the effectiveness and lifespan of the seal.

5、 The use of condensed water as a sealing flushing solution is ideal, with a temperature below 85 ℃.

6、 The pressure of the cooling flushing liquid is 0.1~0.3 MPa, and the flow rate is 0.63 m3/h. If the flow rate is too small, it will affect the service life of the seal.
