Hybrid submersible mixers are divided into casting mixers and stamping mixers according to their blade forming methods. The blades (impellers) of the casting mixer are formed by casting, and the material of the body shell is generally cast iron. The blades of the stamping mixer are formed by stamping, and the material of the body shell is generally stainless steel.
Application scope:
Submersible mixers are mainly used for mixing, stirring, and circulating in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment processes. They can also be used as maintenance equipment for scenic water environments, creating water flow through stirring, improving water quality, increasing oxygen content in water, and effectively preventing suspended solids deposition.

Usage conditions:
To ensure the normal operation of the submersible mixer, please choose the correct working environment and operating mode.
The maximum medium temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃;
The pH range of the medium is 5-9;
The medium density shall not exceed 1150Kg/m3;
The diving depth shall not exceed 20m.
Special Reminder:
The submersible mixer must work completely submerged in water and cannot operate in flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, or high-temperature environments. Our company can provide special designs for users to meet the requirements of special environments.
