Product Introduction:

The plug and socket life testing machine, switch life testing machine, plug and socket switch life testing machine, and switch plug and socket life testing machine are designed according to the corresponding provisions of GB2099-96, GB16951-97, and IEC884-1, and are used to test the mechanical life of plug and socket products for household and similar purposes.

This testing machine is connected to the power load cabinet and can perform tests on the electrical life, normal operation, and breaking capacity of plugs, sockets, and switches.

2. Working mode: Controlled by PLC program, parameters are set on the touch screen, and two action modes are used: simultaneous operation or alternating operation;

4. On/off time: adjustable from 0 to 99.9 seconds;

5. Sampling period: adjustable from 0 to 99.9s;

6. Number of workstations: 6 (3 workstation switch fixture fixtures, 3 workstation plug socket fixtures);

7. On/off indication: There are indicator lights indicating on/off at the corresponding workstations;

8. Power on counting: When the predetermined number of times is reached during the experiment, the equipment will automatically shut down and the sample will be sampled as power on counting;

9. Count setting: 0~999999 times can be preset;
