1、 Instrument usage
The polarizing hot stage microscope system (polarizing melting point analyzer) is a commonly used experimental instrument in departments such as geology, mineral resources, metallurgy, petrochemicals, chemical fibers, semiconductor industry, drug inspection, and related polymer majors in higher education institutions. The polarization melting point analyzer can be used by a wide range of users for single polarization observation, orthogonal polarization observation, cone light observation, and microscopic photography to observe the deformation, color change, and three state transformation of objects under heating conditions. The polarization melting point tester adopts microcomputer detection and has automatic P, I, D adjustment, and fuzzy manual adjustment functions. The polarization melting point tester displays temperature values and set temperature values through LED, and the instrument display is accurate, clear, and stable. The temperature control can be programmed, and there is an automatic alarm device for "upper and lower" limits, which can check the set temperature data at any time. It is a new generation melting point temperature measurement and control device. The microscope is equipped with accessories such as gypsum λ, mica λ/4 test pieces, quartz wedges, and moving rulers. The polarizing microscope hot stage has scalability and can be connected to computers and digital cameras to edit, save, and print images. Polarization melting point tester is a new type of product with relatively complete functions.
2、 System Introduction
The hot stage polarizing microscope (polarizing melting point analyzer) system is a product successfully developed by combining optical microscopy technology, photoelectric conversion technology, and computer image processing technology. Real time dynamic images can be easily observed on the display screen, and the required images can be edited, saved, and printed.
3、 Introduction to Polarized Thermal Stage
The precision temperature controlled heating table is developed for materials science, biochemistry, metallurgy, organic chemistry, polymer and nanomaterial science. Used in conjunction with optical or electron microscopes to observe the state and various changes during the melting, sublimation, and crystallization processes at the microscopic level. The instrument adopts humanized "fool" design, with high degree of automation, simple operation, advanced technology, excellent performance, novel and reliable structure.
The heating table consists of a precision temperature controller and a load constant temperature worktable, which are connected by a 5-core cable socket. The load constant temperature worktable is placed on the optical or electron microscope stage. Specially suitable for use with polarizing microscopes to form a polarizing melting point measurement system.

The display window of the precision temperature controller consists of four sets of numbers and text (in English) arranged in two rows above and below. Upper row: Measurement display group, lower row: Setting display group
The temperature setting can be changed as needed in any situation.
The time temperature curve is an ideal straight line, and adjusting the heating rate only changes its slope.
● Instant constant temperature. At any time during the heating process, press this button and the system will automatically stop heating and maintain a constant temperature at the instant temperature when the button is pressed.
