Precautions for using cushion plates

1. A single-sided pad can only be used on one side, with two types of surface: grid shaped and flat plate shaped, and three types of bottom: Sichuan shaped, Tian shaped, and nine legged.

2. Double sided pad refers to a tray with the same structure on both sides, with two types of surfaces: grid shaped and flat plate shaped, which can be exchanged for use on both sides. The choice of single-sided or double-sided pallets should be determined based on the corresponding storage, loading and unloading equipment and status (such as warehouse type, shelf type, stacking or placement status, etc.).

3. Dynamic load refers to the weight that a pallet can carry during movement when using a motorized forklift or manual hydraulic pallet handling vehicle (with a bending degree of less than 1.5% being normal).

4. Static load refers to the weight that the underlying pad can bear in a stack.

5. Shelf load capacity refers to the weight that can be borne by placing the cushion board loaded with goods on the shelf (with a bending degree of less than 1% being normal). The general standard series pallets can bear a load of 0.4T~0.6T on the shelves, while the heavy-duty series pallets can bear a load of 0.7T~1T.
