A triangular fixed knife is installed at the inlet of the front cover, and weeds and fibers are crushed and discharged under the high-speed rotation of the impeller. The effluent passes through the motor housing and carries away the heat of the motor.
7、 Usage:

2For safety reasons, if the pump is used in a manned workplace, it must be equipped with a leakage protector.
3Before diving into the water, it is necessary to first test the forward and reverse rotation of the power supply, confirm that the direction of rotation is consistent with the direction indicated on the sign, and then put it into the water. Because the pump can drain water in both forward and reverse directions, but the motor is overloaded during reverse operation, it cannot be used in reverse.
4If the pump suddenly fails to supply water during operation, it may be due to a blown fuse, single operation, or the activation of the non burning protector in the motor, which disconnects the power supply. At this time, the power should be turned off in a timely manner for inspection.
5The pump can be used both vertically and horizontally. It must be submerged in water to work continuously. If the water level is shallow, it can be used intermittently and checked in a timely manner. The casing should not overheat.
6The motor equipped with this pump is air type, and no oil or water is added to the motor chamber. For safety reasons, users should not disassemble or assemble it arbitrarily. If necessary, contact the manufacturer for maintenance.
8、 Maintenance and upkeep:

Remove the pump bracket and front pump cover, unscrew the impeller nut, take out the impeller, inspect the impeller, pump shaft, pump body, observe wear and corrosion, and determine if it can still be used.

ARemove the oil chamber plug, drain the internal oil, unscrew the oil chamber connecting nut, gently remove the oil chamber along the axis, and do not use a heavy hammer to strike.
BThere are two sets of mechanical seals installed in the oil chamber, one is made of hard alloy and the other is made of graphite ceramic. Check their wear and sealing condition.
COpen the motor cover, check if the cable joint is loose, check if the non burning protector joint is loose, remove the partition, slowly pull out the rotor, check the bearing wear, and add high temperature lubricating greaseZN6-4
DAfter all inspections are completed, the motor oil chamber should be assembled in the reverse order of disassembly, ensuring the tightness of the mechanical seal and sealing ring.
EAfter assembly, the motor rotor should rotate flexibly, and then inflate the oil chamber plug for air pressure testing0.2MpaOne minute, observe the seam and there is no air leakage on the appearance.
