Structural performance:

1High strength host:The product adopts a dual space door structure, with the upper space stretched and the lower space compressed and bent. The host part consists of four guide columns, an upper crossbeam, a middle crossbeam, and a workbench, forming a floor standing frame. The speed control system is installed at the lower part of the workbench. The AC servo motor with high speed regulation accuracy, wide range, and stable performance drives the ball screw pair to rotate through the synchronous toothed belt reduction system. 4. Ball screw pair: Ball screw pair is used to ensure seamless transmission and control accuracy. The rotation of the wheels drives the ball screw to rotate, causing tension or pressure to rise and fall on the middle crossbeam. 4Transmission system:Installed at the bottom of the workbench, it consists of a synchronous toothed belt and synchronous toothed belt pulley. This transmission system can effectively eliminate clearances and slip phenomena during the transmission process, ensuring control performance. The system adopts a two-stage deceleration, consisting of two synchronous toothed belts and five synchronous belt pulleys. This machine does not use a reducer and adopts a direct reduction method with a transmission system. The advantages of this reduction method are twofold: low noise and maintenance free.

5Host crossbeam:Divided into upper crossbeam and middle crossbeam, made of medium thickness carbon steel plate, the upper crossbeam is a fixed crossbeam installed at the upper end of the main engine. The middle crossbeam is a movable crossbeam connected to ball screws through ball nuts. The middle crossbeam is also a key component for loading. Sensors are installed at the lower end of the middle crossbeam, and one end of various test attachments is also suspended above the middle crossbeam. The lifting and lowering of the middle crossbeam can generate tension and pressure.

6Clamp body:The wedge-shaped structure used for tensile testing is made of cast steel blanks, with one side closed and the other side used for installing sliding card plates and clamping blocks, with surface electroplating. Divided into upper clamp body and lower clamp body, the upper clamp body is connected to the sensor installed on the movable crossbeam, and the lower clamp body is connected to the worktable.

7Mobile control box:Used for quickly lifting and lowering the moving crossbeam when adjusting the test space, it has multiple operation modes such as fast/slow and step, and can be freely attached and pasted to the easy to operate parts of the host.

8Framework pillar:The four pillars are made of electroplated bright rods, with two in one group, installed on the outside of the ball screw.
