High temperature electric furnace heating wire is a high-temperature heating element. The maximum operating temperature of our product is approximately 1415 ℃. Electric heating wire is due to its excellent morphological stability and resistance to high temperature oxidation. This line is capable of working under ultra-high temperature furnace and other heating conditions.
After installation, the electric heating alloy element should be heated to a temperature 100-200 degrees below the maximum allowable operating temperature of the alloy in dry air, kept for 5-10 hours, and then slowly cooled in the furnace.

High temperature electric furnace wires mainly include two categories: iron chromium aluminum alloy electric furnace wires and nickel chromium alloy electric furnace wires. The former belongs to the alloy material with ferrite structure, while the latter belongs to the alloy material with austenite structure. In addition, there are some special purpose electric heating alloy wires such as tungsten wire, molybdenum wire, etc.
