1. Product Overview
Due to the fact that vacuum oven drying lowers the boiling point, it can be used to dry and heat sensitive materials (including powders) to extract moisture, minimizing the loss of compounds other than water. By combining heating and vacuum environment, the material can be preheated to increase its fluidity, and then used for material bubble removal process under low pressure in the environment.

The heating system of the vacuum oven uses a hot shelf with sensors for intelligent direct heating, ensuring the shortest possible heating and processing time. The control circuit accurately responds to different loads and uniformly maintains the set temperature during the vacuum heating process.
Automatic control of vacuum circulation, where the working chamber exhausts at short intervals, greatly reducing working time. It is possible to easily and quickly program slopes with different temperature and vacuum setpoints through software. Through software, intuitive programming of different temperature and vacuum set points can be seen. In addition, the display of all recorded set values and actual values, as well as the archiving of slopes and program sequences, will be recorded.
