HBFX Stainless Steel Self priming Pump Product Introduction

HBFX small stainless steel self-priming pump is mainly suitable for use in industries such as food, beverage, medicine, cosmetics, sewage treatment, chemical (or fine chemical), electroplating, etc., where the conveyor belt is corrosive and has hygiene requirements. There are two main series with and without self-priming, which can be equipped with threaded connections, flange connections or quick card connections. There are explosion-proof motors and ordinary motors to meet the needs of different users.

Application of high suction range stainless steel self-priming pump
The HBFX series pump can transport liquids with a temperature not exceeding 90 ℃ (direct connection type) or not exceeding 105 ℃ (with or without bearing bracket type), containing small soft particles or fibers, corrosive or with hygiene requirements. The HBFX series pump also has self-priming performance and is widely used in industries such as food, beverage, medicine, sewage treatment, chemical, electroplating, bleaching and dyeing, and fine chemical. There are two main series with and without self-priming, which can be equipped with threaded connections, flange connections or quick card connections. There are explosion-proof motors and ordinary motors to meet the needs of different users.
Structural description of stainless steel self-priming pump
1. Overcurrent parts and connecting frame: 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel
2. Mechanical seal: Static ring: Ceramic (SiC). Dynamic ring graphite impregnated with furan resin.
3. Rubber structural components: Fluororubber. 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel centrifugal pump.
4. If the conveying medium or usage conditions do not match the material configuration of this pump, other materials can be discussed separately.
For example, overcurrent components can be equipped with 316, and shaft seals can be equipped with polytetrafluoroethylene. Or other types of dynamic and static rings, etc.

Precautions for using self-priming pump:

① Before starting, the pump chamber should be filled with liquid first, and it is strictly prohibited to start due to insufficient liquid in the pump chamber.
② Before use, it should be confirmed that the motor rotation is correct. The correct rotation direction for a semi open impeller structure pump is: when viewed from the rear of the motor, the motor fan blades should rotate clockwise. For a closed impeller structure pump, the correct rotation direction is: when viewed from the rear of the motor, the motor fan blades should rotate counterclockwise. It is recommended to start the test with an electric motor.
③ Before use, the bearing bracket type water pump should be filled with No. 30 lubricating oil in the bearing support frame cavity. The oil level should be kept below the centerline of the oil mirror, and only above the visible oil level. It is strictly prohibited to lack oil or damage the bearings.
④ Attention should be paid to checking the condition of the shaft seal. If serious leakage is found, the machine should be stopped for repair to avoid liquid infiltration into the motor cavity and damage to the motor.

Ordering Instructions
1. Confirm the actual self-priming height and pipeline length distance required for the self-priming pump operating conditions before placing an order. 2. The specific gravity and viscosity of the transported liquid will vary, and the self-priming height will also be different. 3. Is the liquid being transported corrosive. 4. It is recommended to use a self-priming pump with a vacuum assist system that can completely suck up the water when the pipeline is too long.
