The ALPHLAS UPD series of free space incident ultrafast photodetectors is best suited for spatial light waveforms ranging from DC to 25GHzThe measurement. Multiple products are available for selection, providing optical pulse signals with a minimum rise time of 15ps for detection, covering the spectral range from 170 to 2600nm.All detectors are enclosed in a compact and sturdy peroxide polarized aluminum casing, and can be powered by batteries or external power sources.It is the only commercial product that can provide high-speed silicon detectors extending from 170 to 1100 nm to the ultraviolet spectral range.Another unique type of UV sensitive InGaAs detector that can be used to detect lasers in the range of 350 to 1700 nanometersPulse, therefore, has the widest spectral range and the highest response speed.

Perfect impedance matching and state-of-the-art microwave technology ensure the fidelity of the measured pulse waveform. Users can freely use 50 ΩMatch resistors to detect the highest response speed.
