This machine is used for bonding and forming AB sheet (i.e. two sheet) cardboard boxes. The existing AB sheet cardboard box bonding process:

1. Traditional manual glue brushing and manual bonding.

2. Apply glue with the old box gluing machine and then manually bond. And the bonding accuracy and quality are difficult to control, which can easily cause quality accidents. The Youli high-speed AB sheet gluing machine has solved the above problems through technology.

There are two cardboard stacking areas in the front feeding section of this box gluing machine, which are used to stack two pieces of cardboard AB, which is beneficial for improving efficiency. The following adopts a suction structure, which is beneficial for improving conveying accuracy and efficiency. The middle section of the paper feeding joint is bonded with hot-melt adhesive, and the cardboard is positioned with four side gauges for accurate positioning and high precision. The rear folding part adopts manual folding, which solves the problem of difficult determination of die-cutting indentation and corrugated position, and controls the size of the cardboard box adhesive.

Two people can operate the machine, with one person in the front responsible for loading paper and counting and packaging the glued cardboard boxes; In the latter part, one person is responsible for folding the cardboard and feeding it into the compression belt. The operation is simple and easy to handle.
