The machine uses three sets (i.e. 6 pairs of 12) of rolling wheels to press and composite the profiles that have been penetrated into the insulation rubber strip, achieving a tight connection between the rubber strip and the profile.

By using three sets of high-precision digital methods for detection, it is possible to accurately measure the pressure of each set of profiles during rolling. Each set of rolling wheels can be adjusted up and down separately (0-230mm), each set of two rolling wheels can be adjusted (0-50mm), the whole machine can be adjusted up and down (0-110mm), and the discharge bracket can be adjusted up and down separately (0-120mm).
