Equipment principle
A highly practical liquid filtration device that can effectively remove particles of different sizes from liquids, thereby achieving the goals of liquid filtration, purification, separation, and recovery. The body is mainly composed of three parts: filter container, support basket, and filter bag. According to the flow requirements, multiple filter bags can be used in a single machine. The liquid enters from the side or bottom inlet of the filter container and is washed into the filter bag from above the filter bag supported by the mesh basket. The filter bag expands due to the impact of the liquid and the uniform pressure surface, so that the liquid material is evenly distributed on the entire inner surface of the filter bag. The liquid passing through the filter bag is discharged through the bottom outlet of the filter along the metal support mesh basket wall. The filtered particles and impurities are trapped in the filter bag, completing the filtration process. To replace or clean the filter bag, simply loosen the ring head bolt, rotate the handwheel to lift the upper cover, and then remove it.
