1、 Overview

GL-208GLHigh chlorine COD digesterFollow the environmental protection industry standard HJ/T70-2001 of the People's Republic of China.

The instrument adopts a high-temperature resistant microcrystalline plate that can withstand 800 ℃, and can simultaneously heat 8 conical flask reflux devices. To achieve the goals of energy conservation, reducing power load, and improving efficiency.

The instrument adopts a glass burr reflux tube instead of a spherical reflux tube, and uses air cooling technology instead of tap water cooling, which can save water and standardize the instrument. The chemical solution preparation, operation, and COD calculation of the instrument shall comply with HJ/T 70-2001.

2、 Technical specifications

Execution standard: National standard HJ/T70-2001

Number of digestion samples: 8 (COD of high chlorine wastewater)

Dissolving bottle capacity: 250ml (24 # ground conical flask)

Measurement range: 30-700mg/L (chloride concentration less than 20000mg/L)

Dissolving time: Nitrogen gas is introduced, recommended to dissolve for 2 hours (users can adjust it themselves)

Measurement error: The relative standard deviation of potassium hydrogen phthalate standard solution (500mg/L) shall not exceed 5.0%;

The relative standard deviation of industrial organic wastewater (500mg/L) shall not exceed 8.0%;

Environmental temperature: ≤ 35 ℃

Heating power: 1500-2000W

Heating panel: Microcrystalline glass panel

3、 Instrument button instructions

1. Temperature regulation:

After turning on the power switch of the machine, the machine is set to 165 ℃. Each time the "temperature adjustment" button is pressed, it automatically increases by 1 ℃. Press and hold the "temperature adjustment" button, and the set value continues to increase, reaching 330 ℃.

The next time the instrument is turned on, it will remember the temperature value set last time.

2. Timing:

Dissolve time control setting key. The default startup time for the instrument is 120 minutes. Each press of the 'timer' button automatically increases by 1 minute. Hold down the 'timer' button and the set value continues to increase. It can be set to 2 hours and 30 minutes. When using the standard reflux method to measure COD, it should be set to 2 hours. The next time the instrument is turned on, it will remember the last set time value.

3. Dissolution:

The digestion start control button is pressed. After pressing the "digestion" button, the instrument will heat and digest, and automatically count down from the set value (such as 120 minutes). The heating indicator light will turn on and the cooling indicator light will turn on. When the set time is reached, the instrument will automatically stop heating and the heating indicator light will turn off. The fan will cool the digestion sample, and after a delay of 120 minutes, it will automatically stop working and the cooling indicator light will turn off. When the instrument is digesting, the temperature parameters and timing parameters cannot be modified. If you need to modify the set temperature and time, press the "start" button again to modify the parameters.

4、 Instrument operation instructions

Be sure to ensure that the conical bottle and microcrystalline plate are in close contact, otherwise uneven boiling may occur! Add as much distilled water as possible to the side water injection port at the top of the condenser to ensure cooling effect!

Explanation: 1. Please insert the eight tubes provided with the instrument into the quick connector. If you want to remove the pipeline that has already been inserted into the quick connector, simply press down on the gasket at the quick connector and pull the pipeline outward.

2. The nitrogen adjustment knob on the instrument is fine tuned and connected between the quick connector and the triangular flask. When adjusting the nitrogen flow rate, please slowly adjust the flow meter knob.
