The VOSHIN-GD-C series high and low temperature integrated tank is a temperature controlled high and low temperature circulation tank that integrates refrigeration and heating. Suitable for jacketed reactors, chemical pilot reactions, high-temperature distillation, semiconductor industry, etc.
High and Low Temperature Integrated Tank - Main Features：
Hidden constant temperature method, temperature uniformity can reach ± 0.1 ℃.
● Large screen LCD display, XMT analog digital PID automatic control system.
Continuous cooling can be achieved between 180 ℃ and -120 ℃, and the cooling rate can reach 8 ℃/min at high temperatures, thereby improving work efficiency.
The circulation system has a filtering function to prevent debris from entering the circulation system, better ensuring the service life of the equipment.
Fully enclosed compressor unit refrigeration, the refrigeration system has multiple protection devices for overheating and overcurrent.
The circulating pump can draw out the constant temperature liquid in the tank and establish another constant temperature field.
The cold liquid inside the tank can be introduced externally, and the experimental container outside the cooling machine can also be cooled. Low temperature and constant temperature experiments can be conducted directly inside the tank.
The inner liner is made of 304 stainless steel, which is clean, hygienic, aesthetically pleasing, and corrosion-resistant.
Adopting a cylindrical inner liner, the mixing is more uniform without dead corners, and there is no coil design, which can fully utilize the experimental space inside the tank.
Equipped with a liquid outlet for easy replacement of media.
Optional features:
Another temperature sensor can be optionally selected to start and stop cooling or heating functions based on the target temperature of another constant temperature field.
Optional communication function, connecting to the computer via USB or 485 interface.
