Technical characteristics:
This machine is a valve type powder automatic packaging machine, which can be divided into full spiral and semi spiral types. The full spiral type can directly feed powder materials into packaging bags, mainly designed for materials with poor flowability, high specific gravity, and relatively viscous properties.
The semi spiral powder packaging machine uses high-speed variable frequency spiral and auxiliary air to indirectly feed materials into the packaging bag.
Adopting high-pressure centrifugation technology, variable speed spiral feeding, and bag negative pressure suction technology, it is mainly targeted at the ultrafine powder industry with light specific gravity, high packing density, strong flowability, strong air affinity, ultrafine particle size, high gas content, and inability to be packaged in one go.
The powder packaging machine has functions such as variable frequency speed regulation, automatic gas and dust recovery, electronic automatic measurement technology, controlled by PLC program, which can completely solve the problem of filling ultrafine powder in one go, with accurate measurement and no dust.

1: Mixing device: An additional mixing device is added to this powder packaging machine, mainly for the "arch breaking device" of powders with high viscosity and easy moisture absorption and agglomeration
2: Human Machine Control System HMI (Full Color Screen): A fully illustrated Chinese interface for easy operation and modification of packaging parameters and settings.
3: Level gauge: An additional level gauge is attached to the powder packaging machine equipment to control the discharge valve of the main material bin and regulate the discharge speed.
4: Bag pushing device: After packaging ultrafine powders such as nano calcium carbonate, ultrafine talc powder, corn starch, light powder, carbon black, activated powder, stabilizer, etc., the packaging bag can be pushed onto the conveyor belt to reduce manual handling

Working process:
Set packaging range - manual bagging - start - reset the weighing display - large material drop - small material drop - advance quantity correction - measurement completion - stop
1: Set packaging range: Before packaging ultrafine powders such as fine talcum powder, corn starch, stabilizers, carbon black, etc., the packaging range value should be set on the weighing display (header). When the packaging weight reaches the packaging range value, the measurement will automatically stop. The set range is 5-60kg;
2: Manual bagging: Manually place the bag onto the powder automatic packaging machine;
3: Start the machine: Press the start button of the automatic powder packaging machine, and the bag pressing cylinder will press the bag;
4: Zeroing of weighing display: If the bag is empty, the system will automatically reset it, deduct the tare weight of the empty bag, and it will be in the zero state of the meter head. The system will work in a waiting state;
5: Big drop: The motor of the powder packaging machine feeds the material at a pre-set frequency and speed, and all valves are opened (fast feeding)
6: Small material drop: The motor feeds the material at a pre-set frequency and speed, and the valve is usually closed (medium speed feeding)
7: Advance correction: The motor feeds at a pre-set frequency and speed, and the valve of the powder packaging machine is mostly closed (slow feeding). Note: During the process of large and small material drops and advance correction, the PLC controls the frequency converter to adjust the motor speed in an inorganic speed regulation form to correct the drop and ensure accuracy.
8: Measurement completed: When the weight inside the bag reaches the preset value, the motor will stop, the valve will close, and feeding will stop;
