The vacuum belt filter uses filter cloth as the filtering medium and is an efficient separation equipment that fully utilizes material gravity and vacuum suction to achieve solid-liquid separation. Using an integral circular rubber belt as the vacuum chamber. The circular tape is continuously driven by a motor, and the filter cloth is laid on the tape to run synchronously with it. The tape contacts the circular friction belt on the vacuum slide table and forms a water seal. The slurry is evenly distributed on the filter cloth by a fabric spreader. When the vacuum chamber is connected to the vacuum system, a vacuum filtration zone is formed on the tape. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth, collects through the transverse grooves on the tape, and enters the vacuum chamber through small holes. Solid particles are trapped on the filter cloth to form a filter cake. The liquid entering the vacuum chamber is discharged through a steam water separator, and as the rubber belt moves, it forms a filter cake collection that enters the filter cake washing area and the drying area in sequence. Finally, the filter cloth and tape are separated, and the filter cake is discharged at the discharge roller. The filter cloth that removes the filter cake is regenerated after cleaning, and then enters the filtration zone again after passing through a set of support rollers and straightening devices, starting a new filtration period.
