Overview of HZJ Oil Transfer Platform Motor
The HZJ-01 series DC electric motor developed by our company has absorbed new technologies and processes in the field of DC motor design and manufacturing at home and abroad, concentrated scientific and technological strength, and optimized the design using ANSOFT software, ANSYS software, and FLUENT software. It is a high-power series excited DC motor developed for the exploration and development of oil and gas resources. This motor can be used as a mud pump motor, turntable motor, or winch motor for a DC electric drive drilling rig. According to the different directions of the junction box (from the transmission end), the motor can be divided into two models: HZJ-01 (right side) and HZJ-01A (left side). The HZJ-01B motor is installed on the left side of the fan from the transmission end, and is completely identical to the HZJ-01 motor. The cooling fan is a BL-13 centrifugal explosion-proof ventilation fan.

Introduction to the Motor Structure of HZJ Petroleum Transfer Platform
HZJ-01, HZJ-01A, and HZJ-01B DC motors are four pole series excited DC motors with forced ventilation. The motors are horizontal, single axis extension, and double bearing support structures. Composed of stator, armature, front and rear end caps, junction box, fan, etc.
stator
The stator part consists of the machine base, main pole, and reversing pole. The machine base is an octagonal pressure type welded structure machine base, which is not only a part of the motor magnetic circuit, but also the main structural component of the motor. There are two large and one small observation window holes at the commutator end of the machine base for replacing electric brushes, maintaining the commutator and brush holder system. During work, these observation windows are tightly covered with observation hole covers. The main pole coil is divided into two forms: cross winding and open winding. It is a double-layer flat winding structure, with 14 turns per coil. The inner surface of the coil is equipped with a protective frame, and the coil is an integral compression structure. The reversing pole coil is a flat wound structure, with 15 turns per coil, and a protective frame is installed on the inner surface of the coil.
The main pole iron core is a laminated structure. The reversing pole iron core is an integral structure. The stator undergoes vacuum pressure coating treatment, which integrates the coil, iron core, and machine base into a whole, improving the reliability of the motor.
armature
The armature is composed of a shaft, an armature core, a commutator, an armature coil, and a voltage equalization wire. The armature punching plate is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with a thickness of 0.5mm. The armature has a total of 46 slots, and the armature winding is a single stack winding. Each unit has a total of 46 coils, and each coil has 4 components. The wires of the components are wrapped with polyimide film, and the components are arranged in a cross vertical manner in the groove. There are a total of 92 equipotential wires per slot. The straight part of the armature coil is fixed with slot wedges, the end connection part of the commutator is tied with a non braided tape, and the end connection part of the transmission end is tied with non-magnetic steel wire.
The commutator has an arch structure. After the commutator is formed and stabilized, use bronze welding rods to spot weld the commutator bolt heads and pressure rings to prevent the bolts from loosening during operation. The surface of the commutator has spiral grooves, which facilitate the heat dissipation of the commutator and electric brush, and also increase the service life of the electric brush. The protruding part of the V-shaped mica ring at the front end of the commutator is covered with polytetrafluoroethylene protective tape, which improves the arc resistance and sealing moisture resistance of the commutator.
The wire ends of the armature coil and the equalizing wire are welded with TIG to the commutator riser, and the welded joint has good mechanical and electrical properties.
After the assembly of the armature is completed, it undergoes vacuum pressure coating treatment.
Brush rack system
The motor has four brush holders, which are reactive structures. Each brush holder is fixed to the machine base through a brush rod and a pressure plate. The equal division accuracy of the brush holder is ensured by the machine base processing and does not require adjustment. Each brush holder has three two-piece split electric brushes, with a brush grade of T900 and a brush pressure of 40 ± 4N.
Front and rear end caps
The front and rear end caps are interference fit with the machine base. The inner side of the front cover is equipped with a flying arc ring to reduce the potential harm of ring fire to the motor.
junction box
When the junction box is equipped with a wind pressure switch, auxiliary switch, terminal post, terminal head, twenty core electrical connector, and explosion-proof isolator, etc. When the motor needs to be stopped for maintenance or in case of emergency, press the auxiliary switch button next to the junction box, and the button switch will switch from the closed position to the open position. Insert the locking pin device and lock the copper lock, so that the main circuit can be disconnected through the control part to stop the motor. When the fan malfunctions and the wind pressure inside the junction box is ≤ 100Pa, the wind pressure switch will switch from the closed position to the open position, and the motor will automatically stop.
fan
The motor comes with a volute centrifugal fan for cooling and heat dissipation. Cooling air enters from the commutator end and is discharged through the transmission end. There is an explosion-proof flexible connecting pipe installed between the commutator end of the machine base and the junction box, which introduces the high-pressure air inside the motor into the junction box to maintain positive pressure.
other
A 220V, 200W single-phase heater is installed at the bottom of the commutator end inside the motor. When the motor is stopped for a long time, a 220V AC power supply needs to be connected to prevent the motor from getting damp. There are two G3/8 "plugs installed at the bottom of the commutator end inside the motor. When there is oil or water inside the motor, unscrew the plugs to drain the water.
