Overview:
1. The HZG series chemical process pump is a newly developed product by our company, suitable for a wide range of industrial sectors such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, power, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, synthetic fibers, etc. It is used to transport corrosive and neutral liquids containing trace amounts of small particles.
2. This pump absorbs advanced technologies from both domestic and foreign sources, and is developed, designed, and updated based on the technical defects of IH and IP chemical pumps. It is a single suction cantilever centrifugal pump with excellent performance, good anti cavitation performance, and strong load-bearing capacity (large bracket).
3. All bearings are made of high-quality domestic bearings, which are reliable in operation and have a long service life. The bearings of the transmission components are installed using a hot sleeve method, and there is no damage to other components.
4. The transmission bearing box adopts cooling water cooling treatment, which controls the lubricating oil and bearing temperature of the bearings.
5. Mechanical seals are selected for medium sealing to ensure normal use during transportation, high temperature, high pressure, and special media containing fine particles.
6. The performance range (design point) of this series of pumps is: flow rate of 3.2~400m3/h, head of 5~200m, and the temperature of the conveyed medium is generally -20 ℃~105 ℃. According to the corrosion of the conveyed medium on the pump, users can choose corresponding corrosion-resistant materials.
