Divided into three categories based on bottle material: PET bottles, pure HDPE bottles, and bottles with barrier layers. Every year, many pesticide bottles are produced in agriculture. This production line equipment is mainly used for cleaning, recycling, and processing PET/HDPE composite pesticide bottles, chemical solvents, and other plastic bottles. This production line equipment is mainly used for processing medical waste (infusion bottles, infusion bags), PET/PE composite pesticide bottles, chemical solvents and other plastic bottles for cleaning, recycling and processing. Our company has rich experience in the recycling, crushing, cleaning, and disposal of agricultural medicine bottles. Due to the presence of pesticide residues in pesticide bottle crushing, cleaning, and recycling, it is necessary to properly handle the pesticide residues and further improve the disposal and discharge work. According to the different quality requirements of customers for the final product, a complete set of assembly line cleaning equipment is provided to efficiently, pollution-free, and energy-saving recycle and reuse it.

The recycled pesticide bottles (mainly self-adhesive label bottles and PE adhesive label bottles) first enter the sorting conveyor for classification and selection. After selection, the PET bottles enter the crusher for crushing treatment. At the same time, the label paper part of the bottle body will fall off, and the crushed bottle material will enter the vertical washing machine for centrifugal dehydration and washing. The water of this equipment will be collected separately, and most of the pesticide residue will be discharged here. Then it enters the sinking and floating separation process to separate the PET The bottle fragments are separated from the bottle cap, and the bottle cap will flow out from the side for collection. The bottle fragments will enter the next process of friction cleaning machine for strong friction cleaning. Firstly, pesticide residues will be cleaned, and secondly, the paper label paper on the bottle body will be cleaned (the paper label paper soaked in the sinking and floating separation water tank is easy to fall off). After friction cleaning, the bottle fragments will enter the clean water rinsing water tank for cleaning and rinsing. After rinsing, they will be automatically sent to the vertical dehydrator for dehydration treatment. Finally, according to their own requirements, they can choose the label paper air separation and selection unit.
