2. Unit composition and selection of brands and materials:
2.1. The unit is mainly composed of plate heat exchangers and hot water storage tanks, matched with expansion tanks, system circulation pumps, valves, connecting pipelines, and control systems;
2.2. Selection of equipment, valves, pipeline brands and materials for the unit:
1) The material of the hot water tank is selected as carbon steel lined with copper, carbon steel composite 444, stainless steel S30408 or S31603;
2) Choose Alfa Laval and Tranter as the brand for board replacement, and use S30408 and S31603 materials;
3) The circulating pump brand is selected from Grundfos and Southern Pump Industry, and the material is made of stainless steel or carbon steel;
4) The material of the expansion tank is made of outer carbon steel and inner diaphragm;
5) Valve brands selected include Shanghai Lianggong and Emeco;
6) The material of the connecting pipe is thin-walled stainless steel S30408 and S31603;
