Product Features:
1. The patented piston pressure system component has a novel structure, anti-collision, tool free disassembly and assembly, making it easy to clean and replace the sealing ring of the piston system, convenient, fast, and safe.
2. The small area and small weight piston has been successfully developed and tested, and has been put into production, making it more convenient and easy to use, greatly reducing labor. Customers can choose or consult by phone according to the situation.
3. Two infrared distance sensors are used for piston displacement data acquisition, and the data is converted and displayed on the LCD screen through a self-designed circuit system, making displacement observation more convenient and accurate.
4. The piston display system adopts a 3.5-inch touch color display screen, which displays the displacement of the piston rod, on-site temperature, and humidity.
5. Equipped with two quick connectors (M20 × 1.5) and a shut-off valve (optional for customers), it can be used for sealing tests.
6. The gauge seat globe valve (optional for customers) and pressure regulator are maintenance free and easy to operate. The handle design is reasonable and personalized according to the grip posture.
7. The host housing is made of 12mm thick aluminum alloy plate, which is sturdy and stable. The oil cup has a storage capacity of 400ml, and can be customized to increase the size of the cup according to customer needs for easy calibration of large quantities of sensors. The cup is equipped with an oil filter device, and the pipeline at the gauge seat is directly connected to the oil cup. After passing through the drainage filter device, the oil entering the piston system is ensured to be clean, avoiding dirty oil entering the piston system and causing blockage and damage, even causing the piston rod to jam and break.
8. The oil system has a drainage function, making maintenance and cleaning processes simpler and more convenient.
9. The piston display part is equipped with a touch switch and a displacement calibration button. The quick instructions for using displacement calibration can be displayed on the screen through operation, making it easy for customers to use.
