To provide equipment for various sedimentation tanks, used for separating sand and other granular solid substances with high specific gravity from sand containing wastewater. Sand containing wastewater enters from the upper end of the conical container tangentially. A vortex is formed in the container, and under the action of gravity and centrifugal force, sand particles quickly settle to the bottom of the container, and are pushed by the rotating spiral blades to the upper sand discharge port for removal. Due to the use of a special water inlet method to create eddies, the settling speed of sand is greatly accelerated. Compared with ordinary sand water separators, the settling speed of sand is faster and the sand water separation effect is higher. Through experiments, the separation effect of sand particles with a diameter greater than 0.2mm is as high as 90%.
