1、 Product Introduction The HRV-01 and HRV-02 semi volumetric heat exchangers are updated products based on the international standard of the same type of heat exchanger, and are new patented products introduced from China Academy of Building Design and Research. Its thermal performance parameters have been measured by the first level thermal testing unit - North China Industrial Boiler Testing Center of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and all exceed similar foreign equipment. It is one of the two new heat exchangers launched by our company together with RV03/04 products, and is an ideal equipment for heating, HVAC, water supply and drainage.
2、 Product Types The HRV-01 horizontal semi volumetric heat exchanger series has a total of 12 specifications ranging from 0.5m3 to 5m3 in volume. Each specification can be divided into two types, A and B, according to the heat exchange area, suitable for different hot water requirements. The heat medium can be divided into saturated steam and high/low temperature softened hot water to adapt to different heat sources. The HRV-02 series vertical semi volumetric heat exchanger has a total of 11 specifications ranging from 0.8m3 to 5m3 in volume. Each specification also has two types of heat exchange areas, A and B. It is suitable for different hot water demand selection. To adapt to different heat sources, its heat source can be divided into saturated steam and high/low temperature softened hot water.
3、 Applicable occasions This series of heat exchangers is widely used for hot water supply in industrial and civil buildings, such as hotels, restaurants, hospitals, nursing homes, sports venues, industrial and mining areas, and centralized heating in residential areas. It has the advantages of fast, energy-saving, and reliable operation.
4、 Heat exchanger number and description HRV-01(02)-N XX/XX Among them, HRV refers to the semi volumetric heat exchanger 01, which refers to the horizontal type, and if it is 02, it refers to the vertical type N refers to the total volume (m3), XX/XX respectively refer to the design pressure of the pipe side/shell side
5、 Performance characteristics The structural improvement and practical performance verification of the HRV-01/02 series semi volumetric heat exchanger show that it has the following characteristics compared to current domestic and foreign products: 1. The heat exchange part is an improved rapid heat exchanger with high heat transfer coefficient and large heat transfer capacity. The heat transfer capacity of this product with the same volume is equivalent to 5-8 times that of traditional volumetric heat exchangers and 2-3 times that of new volumetric heat exchangers, respectively. 2. The semi volumetric feature allows the water storage part to store hot water for 10-20 minutes, with a head loss of ≤ 0.2 meters when heated. Therefore, it maintains the characteristics of stable water pressure, water temperature, safety, water conservation, and comfortable water use even under the condition of setting a general automatic temperature control valve. 3. Due to the fast heating part, all the water stored in the tank is hot water, without stagnant or cold water areas, and the volume utilization rate is as high as 100%. 4. This product can use the circulating pump on the hot water pipe network to maintain the water temperature in the tank when the water consumption is extremely small or unavailable, so that the heat exchange part is always in a state of being heated by water flow during heat exchange, making heat exchange sufficient and energy-saving. During steam water heat exchange, the outlet temperature of condensed water is below 80 ℃. 5. The shell and U-shaped heat exchange tube bundle of this product are mainly recommended to be made of stainless steel and copper tubes, which completely solves the problem of severe corrosion inside the shell. In practical use, due to lower steel consumption and footprint compared to volumetric heat exchangers, the total cost is still lower than the latter. 6. The tank is small in shape and lightweight, and the heat exchange tube bundle can be pulled out horizontally for easy installation and maintenance. It is also equipped with a manhole for regular inspection of the internal condition.
