After the compressed air enters the air knife, it is blown out at high speed with a thin airflow sheet with a thickness of only 0.05 millimeters on one side. Through the principle of the Coanda effect and the special geometric shape of the wind blade, this thin film wind curtain can generate 30-40 times the ambient air, forming a thin, high-intensity, and high airflow impact wind curtain. Wind knives are divided into two types based on their working modes: standard wind knives and super wind knives. The wind curtain of the standard wind knife deflects 90 degrees and blows out, while the wind curtain of the super wind knife blows out horizontally.

Reasonably designed based on the wind tunnel effect, the air flows uniformly from the inside/outside of the spiral electric heating wire, with high heat exchange rate and minimal loss of air volume and pressure.

Using NICr alloy 2080 nickel chromium wire as the heating wire, the air passes evenly without producing exhaust gas or special gases, which is environmentally friendly.

The operating temperature is 700 ℃ (continuous use: 600 ℃).

Multiple air inlet and outlet diameters meet different air volume requirements, with two air inlet options on both sides and the top for easy installation.

Attention:

1. This hot air gun does not come with a fan and requires a separate air source. The air source must be a non explosive substance, and air compressors, centrifugal fans, and vortex fans can be used as air sources.

2. If using an air compressor to provide air source, the air source must be purified (filtered water, filtered oil) first to avoid affecting the service life of the electric heating wire.

3. Please turn on the air source before heating.

4. Operating environment: below 40 ℃, humidity below 90%.
