PLC centralized control cabinet is a control equipment used for centralized opening and closing of hydraulic gates. Equipped with power on indication; When the switch of the distribution panel is turned to "local" control, the corresponding gate can be controlled by the operation buttons of opening, closing, and stopping each gate. Each gate is equipped with a gate opening meter, which is intuitive to operate. The meter is equipped with a 485 interface to send real-time opening data to the PLC. When the switch is turned to "remote" control, the gate can be controlled through the upper computer
Operating procedures (must be operated by professional personnel):
1. Check the control screen for any missing parts, damage, rodent bites, or water immersion issues.
2. Check the accuracy of voltage, frequency, and other parameters of the power grid.
3. Ensure the integrity of the controlled equipment.
4. Push up the circuit breaker of the switchgear control box and turn the switch to "remote".
5. Open the cabinet door of the control screen, push on the circuit breaker, and power on.
6. Turn the transfer switch of the PLC centralized control cabinet to "local".
7. Perform "open", "stop", and "close" operations on the corresponding gates as needed.
8. If it is a "remote" operation, turn the conversion switch to "remote".
9. After the operation is completed, pull down the circuit breaker and lock the distribution panel.
Instructions for using the control box of the hoist
The hoist control box is a control device used for the opening and closing of hydraulic gates. Having upper limit, lower limit, and fault indication; The conversion switch can achieve remote and local operation conversion; In the "local" mode, the gate can be controlled through the operation buttons of opening, closing, and stopping the door.
Operating procedures (must be operated by professional personnel):
10. Check the distribution panel for any missing parts, damage, rodent infestation, or water immersion issues.
11. Check the accuracy of voltage, frequency, and other parameters of the power grid.
12. Ensure the integrity of the controlled equipment.
13. Open the cabinet door of the distribution panel, push on the circuit breaker, and power on.
14. Turn the transfer switch to the "local" position.
15. Perform "open", "stop", and "close" operations on the gate as needed.
16. If you need "PLC centralized control" or "upper computer control", turn the transfer switch to the "local" position.
17. After the operation is completed, pull down the circuit breaker, turn the transfer switch to the "stop" position, and lock the distribution panel.
