Brief introduction
Rotating mechanical grille is a specialized water treatment equipment that can continuously and automatically intercept and remove various shaped debris in fluids, and can be widely used in urban sewage treatment. The water supply industry, power plant inlet, and also serve as front-end screening equipment in wastewater treatment processes for industries such as textiles, food processing, papermaking, and leather. It is currently one of the most advanced solid-liquid screening equipment in China, filling the domestic gap.
2、 Working principle
The rotating mechanical grille is assembled into a set of rotating grille chains by a unique rake teeth. Under the drive of the motor reducer, the rake chain rotates in the opposite direction of the water flow, salvaging the floating debris on the water surface. When the rake chain is transported to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the groove wheel and curved rail, relative self-cleaning motion occurs between each set of rake teeth, and the vast majority of solid matter falls down by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the cleaner to clean up the debris stuck to the rake teeth.
According to the direction of water flow, the rake chain is similar to a grille, and the clearance between the rake teeth assembled on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the usage conditions. When the rake teeth separate solid suspended solids in the fluid, it can ensure smooth flow of water. The entire work process can be continuous or intermittent.
3、 Product Features
The biggest advantage of this equipment is its high degree of automation, high separation efficiency, low power consumption, no noise, and good corrosion resistance. It can ensure continuous and stable operation without human supervision. It is also equipped with a mechanical overload safety protection device. In the event of equipment failure, the shear pin can be cut off to avoid overloading and damaging equipment components.
This device can adjust the operating interval of the device according to user needs, achieving periodic operation; It can automatically control the start and stop of the equipment based on the liquid level difference before and after the grille; And it has manual control function for easy maintenance. Users can choose freely according to different job needs.
Due to the reasonable structural design of the device, it has strong self-cleaning ability during operation and will not cause blockage, so the daily maintenance workload is minimal.
4、 Technical parameters and selection
This device is customized according to the user's required water flow rate, as well as the width and depth of the civil canal, and the required rake tooth clearance. The equipment specifications are divided into GS-LY300-3600 types according to the machine width size. If the machine width exceeds 1800mm, it will be made into parallel units, with the middle part sharing the same wall panel. The clearance of the rake teeth is divided into 1mm, 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm and other required specifications. The selection is based on the amount of water, lifting height, total solid-liquid separation, and the shape and particle size of the separated material. Different materials are also selected.
The depth of the equipment trench can be customized by the user according to their needs and actual usage situation. Generally not less than 0.8m and not more than 15m.
5、 Control system
The control system is selected or provided by the user, and the general quotation does not include the control box. It can be used by connecting the three-phase power supply on site.
On site start stop control buttons are used on the electrical control box, which is equipped with equipment start and stop buttons as well as start, stop, and accident signal lights. To save energy consumption, all signal lights are energy-saving, and a motor protector is installed inside the electrical control box. The control cabinet can consider the connection between the PLC system and the electrical control box of the entire plant. The operating signals of the equipment reflected in the electrical control box are sent to the control room, and at the same time, the PLC is connected to the control signal of the electrical control box to control the start and stop of the grid. This electrical control box adopts carbon steel anti-corrosion or stainless steel shell, and is rainproof outdoors.
