HH-658 is an innovative multifunctional pre folding hook bottom gluing machine independently developed by our company. This machine breaks through the traditional single-layer assembly line concept of box pasting machines and adopts a double-layer structure, greatly saving space. Design the space below the host as a compression part, with a length of 4.5 meters, and the box will be more firmly bonded for subsequent operations. This machine combines the characteristics of various box pasting machines, integrating ordinary edge pasting, pre folding, and bottom hooking into one. It has the advantages of powerful functions, space saving, easy debugging, and affordable price, which changes the previous shortcomings of complex structure, difficult debugging, and high equipment cost of bottom hooking box pasting machines. The entire steel plate is laser cut, punched, and folded to make the equipment structure more reasonable, assembly more precise, and operation more stable. Adopting synchronous belt transmission method, it has fast speed, low noise, and is safer. The maximum speed of the whole machine is 300 meters per minute, and the standard box can hold 50000 pieces per hour.
