Details of Plastic Granulation Production Line
The HDPE bottle pellet production line is dedicated to the recycling and granulation of HDPE bottles, such as milk bottles, yogurt bottles, hollow bottles, etc.
The HDPE bottle pellet machine has the characteristics of good performance, high output, low energy consumption, and easy operation.It has the characteristics of crushing, extrusion, and granulation. When recycling bottle fragments, there is no need for separate crushing, and granulation can be directly carried out.
1. Single screw or twin-screw can be used according to user requirements or material characteristics, and the styles can be single-stage, two-stage, etc.
2. The cutting methods can be selected: water ring cutting or hot cutting.
4. HDPE bottle flakes can be directly placed into the main machine for granulation production.
