Details of Plastic Granulation Production Line

The HDPE bottle pellet production line is dedicated to the recycling and granulation of HDPE bottles, such as milk bottles, yogurt bottles, hollow bottles, etc.

The HDPE bottle pellet machine has the characteristics of good performance, high output, low energy consumption, and easy operation.It has the characteristics of crushing, extrusion, and granulation. When recycling bottle fragments, there is no need for separate crushing, and granulation can be directly carried out.

It consists of a gearbox (high torque, low noise, external cooling circulation system), a nitrided 38CrMoA1 screw, a cylinder (38CrMoAlA, nitrided, cooled by a cylinder fan, controlled by a temperature controller), and a vacuum system.
