The HDPE bottle pellet production line is dedicated to the recycling and granulation of HDPE bottles, such as milk bottles, yogurt bottles, hollow bottles, etc.
The HDPE bottle pellet machine has the characteristics of good performance, high output, low energy consumption, and easy operation.It has the characteristics of crushing, extrusion, and granulation. 1. Single screw or twin-screw can be used according to user requirements or material characteristics, and the styles can be single-stage, two-stage, etc.
2. The cutting methods can be selected: water ring cutting or hot cutting.

It consists of a gearbox (high torque, low noise, external cooling circulation system), a nitrided 38CrMoA1 screw, a cylinder (38CrMoAlA, nitrided, cooled by a cylinder fan, controlled by a temperature controller), and a vacuum system.
