The temperature control accuracy is basically ± 0.1 ℃, without overshoot or undershoot, reaching the international advanced level. It can be used in conjunction with various sensors and transmitters to measure and display physical quantities such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, capacity, and force. It can also be used in conjunction with various actuators to perform PID regulation and control, alarm control, data acquisition, and other functions on electric heating equipment, electromagnetic and electric valves. Suitable for industries such as industrial furnaces, electric furnaces, ovens, testing equipment, shoe making machinery, injection molding machinery, packaging machinery, food machinery, printing machinery, etc. Instruments have multiple input types, and one instrument can be paired with different input signals, greatly reducing the number of backup meters. The instrument can choose single group PID control or two group PID operation control (such as heating/cooling control system). PID control output options include: current, voltage, SSR solid-state relay, single/three-phase SCR zero crossing trigger, valve forward and reverse control, and multiple other methods.
