This machine is suitable for two-layer or multi-layer composite of various plastic films, paper, aluminum foil and other roll shaped materials.
1.First roll, second roll(Double unwinding of upper and lower rolls, with the upper unwinding being a dedicated workstation for aluminum foil composite)The material roll is supported by an inflatable shaft for quick replacement, uniform support, and accurate centering. (Inflatable shaft)
2.The first substrate unwinding adopts'Dual photoelectric automatic tracking'Automatic correction device.
3.The unwinding and winding tension of the first and second substrates are independently controlled by their respective magnetic powder clutches.
4.The gluing method is quantitative transfer coating with a mesh roller; Pneumatic pressure roller; Back pressure scraper, controlled by a separate motor to swing left and right during adhesive application;
5.The mesh roller is driven by an independent motor, with variable frequency speed regulation consistent with the main body.
6.The internal heat transfer oil of the large roller is heated to evenly heat the drum and save electricity.
7.The adhesive pressure roller and composite pressure roller adopt pneumatic pressure, and the pressure can be adjusted.
