Product Introduction

G14 is a single component room temperature curing silicone adhesive sealant widely used in the bonding and sealing of various electronic and electrical components, such as electronic devices in the automotive, communication, home appliance and other industries. It will not corrode materials such as PC, PP, ABS, PVC, etc. Good adhesion to most materials (except PP and PE).

Usage process and precautions:

1. Cleaning the surface: Clean the surface of the adhered or coated material, removing rust, dust, oil stains, etc.

2. Glue application: Use a blade to cut open the pipe opening, cover it with a matching needle, and use a glue gun to squeeze the glue solution onto the cleaned surface that needs to be coated, so that it is evenly distributed. Close and fix the adhesive surface together. For toothpaste aluminum tube packaging, simply open the cap and apply glue by hand. After the operation is completed, if the glue is not used up, it needs to be sealed and stored. When reusing, if there is a slight crust on the sealing area, it can be removed without affecting normal use. During the storage process, there may also be a small amount of solidification at the mouth of the adhesive. After removing it, it can be used normally without affecting the product performance.

3. Curing: Place the bonded and sealed components in the air to naturally cure. The curing process is a curing process from the surface to the interior. Within 24 hours (temperature 25 ℃, relative humidity 55%), the adhesive will cure to a depth of 2-4mm. If the position is deep, especially in areas that are not easily exposed to air, the curing time will be extended. If the temperature is low, the curing time will also be extended. Before entering the next process, it is recommended that the user wait for a sufficient amount of time for the adhesive to meet the required performance requirements or evaluate whether the next operation can be carried out.
