Product Introduction

Universal type, medium strength, easy to disassemble, with thixotropic viscosity, used for locking and sealing M16-M16 threaded fasteners to prevent thread corrosion, and can be disassembled with ordinary tools.

Usage process and precautions

① The surface to be coated should be cleaned clean, dry, and free of grease. After cleaning with Guangyan cleaning agent, the effect is better.

② Apply sufficient adhesive solution to the bolts to fill all mating threads. This product works best on thin adhesive layers below 0.05mm.

③ For oversized threads, a larger gap can affect the curing speed and strength of the product. This product will reduce the friction generated during assembly (torque tension ratio). In applications where the thread needs to be tightened to a critical value, this ratio should be determined in advance.

Packaging specifications: 50ml/tube or 250ml/tube

Storage and transportation:

1. Sealed storage in a dark, hot, and dry place, with a storage period of 2 years (25 ℃);

2. Can be transported and stored as non hazardous materials.
