Brief description of main components

1. Fan
It is assembled from a casing, impeller, and motor. The casing is welded with 2mm steel plate, and the impeller is made of cast aluminum. The motor is an A07112 three-phase micro motor, which is directly connected to the fan.

2. Ventilation probe tubeMade of steel pipe truck, with a wall thickness of 2 millimeters, divided into three sections: upper, middle, and lower. The upper and middle air ducts are 1 meter long, and the lower air duct is 1.2 meters long. Each air duct adopts a sleeve type pin fixed connection. The ventilation hole size of the lower air duct is 20 × 2.5 millimeters. The circular hole inlet cone is welded with spiral blades, and the rotation direction is right-handed.

precautions

1. When choosing ventilation, use
Grain cooling ventilation fans are mainly used for: (1) using low-temperature air in winter to reduce grain temperature and store grain at low temperatures. (2) Dealing with the heating situation of grain piles, reducing grain temperature, and determining the timing of ventilation are closely related to their effectiveness. Before ventilation, the warehouse temperature and humidity, grain temperature and grain equilibrium moisture should be measured to determine the possible ventilation type.

2. Arrangement spacing of ventilation probes
The spacing between air ducts varies depending on the type of grain, the depth of straw insertion, and the moisture content. This type of ventilation fan is generally used in groups of 10, with a reasonable layout of air ducts. In order to achieve good cooling effect, the air ducts are arranged in an equilateral triangle on the grain silo plane.
3. Reasons for inserting ventilation probe tube

Insert the air duct straight and arrange the air duct for the grain pile. Firstly, make the lower section of the air duct vertical and use it to insert 60-30 kilograms into the grain pile. Two people lift and support the power supply probe of the grain pile, insert the connecting head into the air duct socket, and lock it with a lock and nut. After confirming, hold the handle of the lower probe with both hands and turn on the air duct switch in the "clockwise" direction according to the arrow. There is a hole in the head of the air duct. Insert the air duct into the grain pile and wait for the air duct to be exposed for about 20 centimeters. Turn the switch to the "stop" position. The air duct machine will be powered off and used to remove it. Lift the lower pressure pipe machine to move the middle (or upper) air duct to the same position, stop the motor, and pull out the air duct from the grain pile.
