1、 The industrial waste gas of glass fiber comes from the following components:
1. The gases and particulate matter generated during the combustion of furnace fuel.
2. Air pollutants generated by downstream industries (fiber forming, infiltration, drying). The main harmful components in exhaust gas are particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, NOX, CO, HF, CL, and hydrocarbons, with high levels of sulfur dioxide and NOX.
2、 Governance process flow:
Waste gas - gas cooling system - chemical pretreatment tower - fan - organic waste gas adsorption device - fan - chimney - standard gas.
3、 Process principle
1. Chemical pretreatment tower
The gas is pressurized into the purification tower by a centrifugal fan, and the inner cylinder of the gas distributor forms a pressure chamber. The pressure chamber is then evenly distributed to the aeration plate. The exhaust gas enters the absorption liquid in the storage tank through a bubble tube, generating bubbles. The bubbles then rise through the packing layer and come into contact with the aqueous solution sprayed from the * * stage nozzle for absorption. The absorbed exhaust gas continues to flow upward to the second filter layer, where it comes into contact with the water sprayed from the second stage nozzle, undergoes absorption reaction again, and is then discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney and windproof cap through the defogging device.
2. Organic waste gas adsorption device
Utilizing efficient adsorbent materials (activated carbon or carbon fiber) with strong adsorption capacity and fast adsorption and desorption rates to purify organic waste gas. The exhaust gas from the outside of the tower is evenly distributed through the guide hood and sent into the tower. The incoming airflow passes through the adsorption bed of the tower's internal packing, and harmful chemical components in the airflow are adsorbed by the adsorbent. Clean air is discharged through the air outlet, and condensed water generated inside the tower is discharged outside the tower through the collection tank and discharge pipe.
4、 Technical parameters and selection:
Due to different technical parameters such as gas concentration and temperature, this treatment equipment should be designed and selected according to actual conditions. The design conditions that users need to provide include:
1. Provide a usable site for equipment operation;
2. Provide the amount and concentration of exhaust gas, temperature, as well as the standards required for treatment;
3. Provide whether the control mode is manual or automatic, and the degree of control achieved;
4. Please provide us with the equipment and supporting facilities, pipelines, and accessories that we need to supply.
5、 Installation and usage precautions:
1. This equipment should be installed on a concrete foundation that is at least 100mm above the ground.
2. During installation, pay attention to protecting the equipment and avoid damaging the body and exposed parts.
3. Before use, the absorbent must be added until the overflow pipe overflows.
4. When using, the circulating water pump should be turned on for 2-3 minutes before turning on the fan; When shutting down, the fan should be stopped for 1-2 minutes before stopping the circulating water pump.
5. Attention should be paid to supplementing the absorption solution during use, and the solution should be supplemented or replaced according to the pH value of the solution to ensure absorption effectiveness; It is recommended that the pH value should be greater than 10.
6. Attention should be paid when starting the water pump: the pump cannot be reversed or idle.
