This machine is mainly composed of a bottle clamp belt, a conveyor belt, and a two water and two air cleaning unit. It can be combined with a single machine such as an oven and a filling machine to form an automatic production line, or used separately for bottle washing. The bottles are fed into the conveyor belt through a bottle clamp belt, and then flipped into the cleaning system by the clamp belt. After being pressurized by a sanitary pump, water is injected for the washing process, and a needle is inserted into the bottle cavity to flush clean air, completing the two water and two air cleaning process.
