All components of the oxygen analyzer are installed in a sealed space outside the furnace, which is less affected by external factors, and its service life and accuracy are well guaranteed;

The oxygen sensor inside the analyzer is designed with a patterned zirconia probe (Lambda probe), which can maintain a constant measurement temperature of 600 ℃ and is not affected by the furnace temperature. Even if the furnace temperature is above 1600 ℃, the oxygen content can be accurately measured; The Lambda probe has a stable working state and a longer service life than other similar products. Currently, a 2-year warranty is provided for the probe, and the actual service life can reach 5-7 years;

Each lambda probe of MESA has its unique zero drift coefficient K1 and temperature compensation coefficient K2, which makes the measurement signal output by the intelligent power supply more accurate, without the need to calibrate it when installing or replacing the zirconia probe;

MESA's oxygen analyzer offers optional ranges and output types. The measurement results can also be connected to the upper computer through interfaces such as RS232/RS485 to achieve centralized control function
