1、 Sample pre-treatment

Simultaneously prepare reagent blank solution using the same method; Take another chromium single element standard solution and dilute it with 2% nitric acid to prepare a chromium standard stock solution containing 1.0 μ g of chromium per 1ml. Before use, accurately measure an appropriate amount of chromium standard stock solution and dilute it with 2% nitric acid solution to prepare a reference solution containing 0-80ng of chromium per 1ml. Take the test solution and the reference solution, use a graphite furnace as an atomizer, and determine the chromium content using atomic absorption spectrophotometry (Appendix IVD * method) at 357.9nm. The chromium content should not exceed 2 parts per million.
