4Design of valve stem anti sprayThe valve stem adopts an overall T-shaped structure designed with anti spray structure, which can ensure that the valve stem will not be blown out by the medium even in extreme situations such as abnormal pressure rise in the valve chamber and failure of the packing pressure plate. It is embedded inside the valve body and has the function of reverse sealing. The sealing force of reverse sealing increases with the increase of medium pressure, so it can ensure reliable sealing of the valve stem under various pressures.
5Design to prevent valve stem wear and incorrect operation (with lock)The traditional packing cover has been improved to a two-piece structure design consisting of a packing pressure plate and a packing pressure sleeve. The pressure plate and pressure sleeve are in spherical contact to ensure that the pressure sleeve is always vertical. A PTFE liner is also installed inside the pressure sleeve to avoid wear on the valve stem and pressure sleeve, and to reduce the operating torque of the valve. The structural design to prevent misoperation is to install a 90 degree switch positioning piece with a locking hole, which can be locked to prevent misoperation. The valve stem head adopts a flat design, and when the valve is opened, the handle is parallel to the pipeline; When the valve is closed, the handle should be perpendicular to the pipeline to ensure that the valve switch indication will not be incorrect.
