product overview
The station's self use gas metering and pressure regulation system is a skid mounted system for natural gas long-distance pipeline gas transmission stations to provide gas for venting ignition, small generators, heating/hot water boilers, and domestic gas supply. It can integrate functions such as filtration, heating, pressure regulation, metering, distribution, venting, release, leakage alarm, and automatic switching as needed.
The station self use gas metering and pressure regulating system is suitable for natural gas distribution stations, metering stations, storage and distribution stations, pressure regulating stations, and other stations that are operated or unmanned, with personnel on duty.
This system has the characteristics of intermittent gas supply, wide range of gas pressure regulation, high measurement requirements, high explosion-proof requirements, and high safety performance. The system is equipped with a natural gas heater and has high requirements for the heater. The heater generally adopts a direct electric heater, which has necessary explosion-proof performance and protection requirements. The electric heater has complete safety protection measures such as heating speed, heating temperature control, and prevention of dry burning, ensuring high system safety.
Product Features
Gas heating generally uses electric heating methods, which are divided into direct electric heaters and indirect electric heaters;
Adopting a high-pressure self operated pressure regulating valve, it has the characteristics of large pressure drop before and after, stable pressure at small flow rates, and excellent closing performance;
Adopting multiple security protection measures;
The highest voltage regulation accuracy can reach AC1, and the regulation ratio is wide;
Special flow meters are used for small flow metering applications;
◆ Fast response speed for system security shutdown;
The system can be configured with functions such as remote cut-off, pressure regulating valve, and remote transmission of valve position.
